Based in Genoa, Italy, React4life empowers pharmaceutical, biotech, and academic researchers to model human physiology more realistically and generate predictive data for drug efficacy, safety, and immune response.

MIVO® (Multi-In-Vitro-Organ) is the only commercially available organ-on-chip platform that enables the co-culture of complex 3D tissue models — such as organoids, patient-derived biopsies, and scaffold-based constructs — with dynamic, circulating immune cells. Its unique open design and plug-and-play usability allow full compatibility with standard cell culture workflows, high-throughput testing (up to 42 chambers per run), and real-time access for sampling and readout.

The platform overcomes the limitations of conventional static and gravity-driven systems by providing controlled physiological flow, enabling proper nutrient and drug diffusion, immune cell infiltration, and metastatic cascade modeling. These features make MIVO® particularly suited for applications in oncology, immuno-oncology, gut and skin barrier research, and personalized medicine.

React4life provides both device-based solutions and contract research services, delivering validated experimental setups tailored to customer needs. All systems and studies are backed by peer-reviewed publications and developed through years of interdisciplinary research in bioengineering and tissue physiology.

With a growing international presence, a network of scientific collaborators, and a robust IP portfolio, React4life sets a new standard for translational in vitro models. The company actively participates in major EU-funded research consortia focused on alternative methods to animal testing and 3Rs principles.
