HUB Organoids is the global IP rights holder in patient-derived organoid technology, providing contract research services that accelerate drug discovery and development. Part of the Life Science business of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, we use adult stem cell-derived organoids from epithelial tissues to build genetically stable “mini-organs in a dish” that closely reflect human tissue biology and patient response—without genetic manipulation.
Our proprietary organoid biobank spans models across oncology, inflammatory bowel disease, genetic disorders, and respiratory disease, enabling robust, clinically relevant screening and translational insights. With high-throughput capabilities and extensive quality control (including identity checks and sequencing-based characterization), we deliver reproducible data to support confident decision-making from target validation through lead optimization.
