Chris’ lab aims to develop therapies to improve muscle weakness in rare muscle diseases and from cancer and chemotherapy. His passion to help people is demonstrated through his drive to connect clinical communities and patients with basic research communities, providing knowledge translation. Chris shares his career path and recent project of creating a CRO to bring more opportunity to deliver solutions for muscle disorders while still benefiting his trainees.
