Currently, she heads WuXi Biology's Early Discovery Platform, providing comprehensive early-stage drug discovery services and developing solutions for novel modality discoveries.

In 2021, he joined WuXi AppTec's China R&D Center, now focusing on expanding DNA Encoded Library (DEL) technology, and leading peptide discovery and target science platforms.

He earned his Ph.D. in Synthetic Biology from Columbia University and trained at A*STAR.
