Dr. Su Wenji was trained as a molecular and cell biologist with B.Sc. From the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology as well as Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Cell and Developmental Biologyfrom Emory University. Before joining WuXi AppTec, she worked as a scientist at GSK on in vitro BBB model development.

She led the establishment of WuXi AppTec’s DNA-encoded library screening platform. This included the development of various standardized products, innovative screening methodologies, and effective hit validation strategies. Our DEL platform has rapidly grown into a world-leading platform in a short span of time, serving over 1800 customers to date.

She currently serves as the head of the early discovery platform, dedicated to offering comprehensive early-stage drug discovery services for clients and continuously developing integrated solutions to address novel modality discoveries.
