Mark de Reus is the Head of Support for ADInstruments. He received his Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics) degree from University of Pretoria in 1995 and followed this with a Master of Science (Biomedical Engineering) degree from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. In 1999 he moved to Australia, where he joined ADInstruments as a Project Engineer. Over the years he has held several positions within ADInstruments and worked in ADInstruments offices around the world, including Technical Support in the US, and as Senior Technical Manager for Europe.

Since 2016 he has held the position of Head of Support and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team. As Head of Support, he oversees the development and maintenance of all support activities worldwide and works closely with the global support team to help them meet their goals. He leads a team of 17 support managers and technical support staff located at ADInstruments offices around the world.
