Dr. Sunghyun Huh is the Head of the Biomedical Informatics team at Bertis Inc., specializing in biomarker discovery and systems biology analysis to support the company’s diagnostic assay development and analytic service. With a strong background in bioinformatics using mass spectrometry-based proteomics data, he holds a Ph.D. in systems biology from DGIST (Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology). Prior to joining Bertis, Sunghyun worked as a post-doctoral researcher at Seoul National University and as a student researcher at IBS (Institute for Basic Science), gaining extensive experience in multi-omics data analysis spanning various biological systems and topics.
