Dr. Qiang Peng earned his PhD in Chemical Biology from Dalian University of Technology. With over 10 years of specialized experience in bioconjugation, he has successfully managed more than 30 IND and 2 BLA projects for global clients. At AsymBio, he leads the conjugation process development team, with hands-on experience spanning both stochastic conjugation (e.g. interchain cysteine, lysine) and advanced site-specific technologies (e.g., enzymatic, glyco-remodeling, and engineered cysteine). His expertise covers diverse modalities, including BsADCs, dpADCs, RDCs, AOCs, and APCs.
