Devan Puhl, PhD is a Senior Scientist in Process Development at Landmark Bio, where she has been part of the team for over three and a half years. At Landmark, she leads the upstream development team, supporting the company’s diverse cell and gene therapy programs, optimizing scalable processes, and enabling their transfer to Landmark’s on-site cGMP facility in Watertown, MA.

Devan holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where her doctoral research focused on drug and gene delivery from biomaterials for nerve repair. She was a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow and a New York State Spinal Cord Injury Research Board Fellowship Awardee. Her findings have been published in multiple peer-reviewed journals, including Nature Communications and Acta Biomaterialia.
