Biography
Radouane Zouaoui is Scientific Director in Process Development at Landmark Bio, where he has been part of the team for nearly four years. At Landmark, he leads the downstream development team, overseeing purification process development across the company’s cell and gene therapy portfolio, including AAV, lentiviral vectors, and extracellular vesicles, and driving the scale-up and technology transfer of these processes to Landmark’s on-site cGMP manufacturing facility in Watertown, MA.
Radouane brings more than two decades of bioprocess experience. Prior to Landmark, he served as a Scientist at Janssen (Johnson and Johnson), leading protein purification and physicochemical characterization efforts in support of pre-clinical programs. Before that, he spent over 16 years at Momenta Pharmaceuticals, advancing from Research Associate to Scientist and developing purification and analytical strategies for recombinant proteins, plasma-derived products, and novel drug candidates. His technical expertise spans chromatography, tangential flow filtration, LC/MS, and a broad range of analytical characterization techniques.
